Mt4 question about binding

Hello showed up to the race track last night to find out my mt4 radio would not bind to the receiver . I tried everything , a friend of mine had another mt4 and it worked, so my radio is not working , who do I talk to or where do I send it to be fixed. Is there a reset button on the radio ???
Thank you very much

Try rebinding at home, per as the manual. Disconnect your servos and ESC from the RX. It can take up to 5 minute for it to find a freq available. If using ESC you have to recalibrate the ESC.

If you think the TX is faulty email airtronics or Sanwa to have it repaired

I'd have read the manual, There is a way. Try going to another model location on model memory.
