M11X steering servo twitching
 

I noticed that my steering servo is twitching every time I turn the wheels to the right. I then tried my other car with Spektrum receiver and futaba servo and noticed that it doesn't twitch at all, but when I tried to connect the futaba servo to my car it does start to twitch. Any suggestion of fixing it? Thanks in advance
