Motor decision

So I am have a tough time desiding what motor to run. I have a centro 4.2 with a 17.5 on 2s I do plan on sticking with a 17.5. My question is what would be better running 17.5 on 2s or get a short stack and run 1s? I'm planning on getting a maclan or shurrspeed 17.5 just not sure what would be better.

2s setup no question. If you want it slower just turn down the radios end point, if you want less torque use the expo feature in the radio. If you meant saddles, pair of 1s's, then I would say maybe.. depends on your cars weight and if it feels good w/ your tune and track.

That's what I was thinking to I have seen some people runny 1s in 2wd buggy and running smooth. I've never ran 1s and was kinda nervous about switching

The 1s Short Stack runs on 2s - it's confusing, i know. One of the fastest expert stock guys is running the new Gen3 17.5 Tekin - could go that route too; sweet motor. Centro huh? old school. lol.
