Identifying which Motor is which!?
Here is the scenario;
I just purchased a Tekin Redline Gen 1 17.5t Motor. How do I now tell which 17.5t it is? Is it a #TT2151 which requires an RS ESC or is it a #TT2131 which requires an RS Pro ESC? HuffDawg |

Andy is correct. The Gen 1 17.5t only came in a standard version. No RPM version until Gen 2 models.

Those part numbers are for the combo, motor + esc. I believe both combos come with the same motor. Only difference being the ESC.

Okay. I'm starting to understand now and trust me, I appreciate every bit of information. But what about turn limits? Is say a 5t limit only based off the ESC? And is 5t the lowest it can go? Basically what I am asking is that an RS and RS Pro can run all motors available until you get into the smaller 5t, 3t etc?

HuffDawg The RS will handle down to a 8.5t with today's lipo and motor technology. The RS Pro will handle down to a 2.5t on 2s lipo. |
Good god! That's like 11,000+ kv. I cannot imagine what that is used in. Hey Thanks A lot Jeremy. Again, I appreciate your time and knowledge.
