Mod Racing

How big of a difference is it from going to a 6.0t motor from a 6.5t? I'm running mod in dirt oval and looking for that little extra grunt. Thanks!

The 6.0 will be noticeably faster but if you are racing oval, why not go "all the way" to something like a 4.5 and just back it down via your ESC/radio settings if it's too much rather than take incremental steps to go faster?

I run loose dirt oval. That's why we don't run anything bigger than a 6.5t. A 5.5t works only in optimal track conditions. I talked to Troy @ Fantom and I'm going to go with their 6.0 for the smooth power.
