Soldering Motor

I need to desolder my motor. Do I need to re-tin the wires prior to reinstalling them on the motor tabs? Or is the existing solder good enough? I'm trying to avoid a big glob of solder on the tabs.

Thanks !

Existing solder is fine. You may need to add a bit if necessary.

I've seen some guys tin the motor tabs but others don't. Which is the best/correct way.

Thanks again!
