4S Battery Dead Cell?
 

I bought a 4S Atomik RC Bias 50C pack off ebay from a decent seller and was new in opened box. The contents are complete and the battery does not look used. This battery comes with a UNI plug for all the popular plugs adapters and a little cell/battery checker device.


Well it reads only 11.0V overall and here are the cell voltages:


Cell 1: 3.67V
Cell 2: 3.70V
Cell 3: 6.55V on the Bias Meter that comes with battery. 0V checking with multimeter
Cell 4: 3.67V


Plugging into my LipoPal checker it error message. I would not expect a cell to be completely at ZERO volts. You think disconnected internally? But the cells are in series, so I don't know.

could have suffered a connection failure internal, bad cell, or something else.

Main thing at this point is get your money back.
