Servo gear grease?

What kind of grease is best to use for metal servo gears? I've read lithium greases are bad because they harden. I have plenty of grease that came with kits: tamiya ceramic and moly grease, hpi/axial green grease, losi black grease, associated black grease.. Not sure what to use..

Any suggestions? White lithium grease, teflon gearbox grease, anything else?

I have a large tube of Lucas oil red grease that I bought from wallmart or meijer. Its designed for "sliding surfaces" and specifically wheelbearings in full size cars. It was cheap and is much better than any rc specific grease around I have found. A small amount on the gears seems to work nicely. I have used tamiya moly grease in the past and it worked well too.

Thanks for the tips! Tamiya moly grease seems the easiest to get around here but will check out the others as well.
