Where does my voltage protector plug in?

Hi guys, I'm trying to figure out where my voltage protector plugs in, I'm running savox servos and a spektrum telemetry receiver, I'm presuming the lipo battery plugs into the auxiliary port which leaves nowhere for the voltage protector to plug in to, any help would be great, thanks

The only channel left is where the bind plug goes, can I use that or do I need a Y harness off the battery?

The Bind slot works, any open slot will work.
Although splicing it into the power leads is a good flex, not with a harness, better to plug it in the Bind plug slot if not directly spliced into the power leads. |

If I choose to splice it into the battery leads what happens when I charge the lipo?

DO NOT connect this to the battery or the power leads going to the ESC. It must be wired on the OUTPUT side of the ESC's regulator. An unused slot on the receiver is the best place.
This capacitor is to supply short spikes of current, drawn by the servo, that exceed the current limit of the ESC's regulator. Wiring it on the input side of the regulator won't let it do that. |

Ive had to run capacitors on my electric trucks, makes a huge difference when you need it. However I think he's running a Nitro so no ESC? Then just plug it in the Bind slot. Use the included heat shrink to finish it off for a professional looking install""""" I run it on my Big Block MERV because the demand of 1/10 electronics is too much on the small batteries that fit in the battery boxes. Without it throttle burst can trigger low voltage glitching, servos sputtering delayed take off and a bunch of other BS. If your not gonna splice it on a ESC, plug it in the Bind port.. Electrics can alternatively plug one in the RX but splicing it in is better. For charging? Cap is wired to power leads of the ESC NOT the Battery, battery plugs into charger no cap involved..... Nitro though, its always just plug it in the open slot. I should of been more clear |
Sorry guys, should have said I'm running nitro, I will use the bind port, all help is greatly appreciated
