Setting up flaps
 

I have a Hitec 6 optima transmitter and receiver. I am trying to set up flaps so that they operate independently of the aileron or elevator. I have the servos plugged into a "Y" connector, which is plugged in to chanel 5. Channel 6 is for the battery. Set up this way, one flap goes up and the other goes down when I flip Switch 2.. How do I get both flaps to go in the same direction?
