I've recently acquired a nitro buggy. I've ordered a few bits for it to get it going but I couldn't afford a receiver.
Can I take the receiver out of my 10th scale buggy, make a new profile on my Airtronics MT4 for the nitro buggy and set all my EPA etc. Will I loose all my settings when I switch it back to the 10th scale? Or will the settings stay with each individual model profile?

As long as its a new profile your settings will stay the same on the other model setting

You have plenty of Model memory on MT4. Your TX keep the memory not the RX. When you can afford, purchase extra RX's.
