Looking at getting a new mod 4wd motor and thinking a 7.5t is just about right for our outdoor clay/dirt track 110x60' with more than an average number of 180's.

Looking at Maclan v2m, Fantom icon and Schuurspeed v4 (none of which I have tried before and yes, I realize this is a Maclan thread!). I noticed that the Maclan comes with the 12.2 rotor, fantom 12.3 and schuurspeed 12.5. Given our track is on the lower side of the traction scale I am leaning towards the v2m to try. Any thoughts on the subject and vs the other brands? Thanks.

Just installed the orange high torque rotor into the 17.5 V2.
On the analyzer at 41 degrees its pulling 7 amps, does this sound right?

Powering on an MMAX pro all I get is the red led blinking very fast and nothing else happening. Steering works fine. No power going to the motor. No beeps at all. Just the red led blinking really really fast. Anybody seen that before?

I just ordered an mmax pro and mrr v2m 6.5t for my b64d. Can anyone recommend me settings that will work well to get me started? I saw jareds settings on petitrc but I am far from a pro driver. I also got a 17t and 19t pinion to see what it likes.

Hi all - Iím coming back to the hobby after a long hiatus, so a lot of stuff is new to me. So far, Iíve been leaning toward Tekin, But I just came across Maclan ESCís, and they certainly look interesting.

Anyone know if they are working on a WiFi/Bluetooth solution, not to mention an iOS app? Iím an iPhone guy.

Their stuff is top notch. I called and asked them over a year ago about an iOS app and they said it was in the works. I’m not holding my breath for it. I found an older gen Samsung phone that I got for next to nothing so I can tune my ESCs. They also hav a program box for their ESCs.
