X1+ AC Problem. Not Accurate
 
I have been having problems with charging and discharging Li Po cells and packs on the X1Plus AC. Very inaccurate readings according to my Fluke Volt Meter.

Latest problem. It won't charge a brand new Samsung 18650 3AH single cell.

Lately it has problems charging 240ma Li Po cells and packs. Very inaccurate readings. Charging at 100ma. Discharge at 100ma.

Has anyone experienced calibration problems with this charger?

Can it be calibrated?

Is there a more accurate charger on the market?
