disable reverse/brake function?
Hey folks,
I've got a Turnigy 9x, and I'm using it to control a Turnigy TrakStar ESC/motor combo. When I quickly move the throttle from forward to back, the motor seems to brake rather than reverse; but when I move from back to forward, this doesn't happen. If I pause briefly in neutral, it correctly reverses instead of braking even when moving from forward to back. I've found a menu setting called [REVERSE] which seems to switch this -- braking occurs when transitioning from back to forward, but not forward to back. I really, really want to disable this behavior -- I want forward to go forward, and back to go backward, without having to pause in neutral. Is there any way to do this? If not a standard menu setting, maybe with some custom firmware? Thanks in advance for any advice! |
