Reventon R?

Ive read 2 different things about motor limit. What is the real motor limit with these esc's on 2s.. thanks

Are you referring to the 7.5T or slower for turbo firmware / 5.5T
or slower for no turbo firmware rating? Both which are specified for 2S with the fan.

What RC, and what use? That can make a difference too in practice.

I dont believe i seen a turbo option on my program box i have for it.
Id be using it in a 2wd sc truck. I have a novak ballistic 6.5. Wondering if it would be safe to use. I do and am using a fan. Thanks

You won't see the turbo option until you load the appropriate software. Your esc appears to have a non-boost sotware loaded so you should be safe. The worst that will happen is it will shut down due to overheat (make sure to have the temp cut-off active).

No experience with that combo, but I think it's pushing it pretty hard. SC is heavy for a 2wd with a quite a bit of aero load, and a 6.5 is a lot of motor. If you must certainly keep a close check on temperatures. May be obvious but a few other things that might help: Make sure the fan is in good shape, be careful with gearing and runtime. Run a lower punch setting on the ESC. Maybe even lower the throttle EPA some if needed.
