what esc's can i run with my trackstar 3.5t motor ??:confused:

Any 120A or more esc

I am running it with a hobby king 1s 120 on my yokomo r12.

That's a very hot motor. If you go 120 amp get a full aluminum case version like the hw v3.1 120a or the toro ts120 newer version. The toro ts160 would be even better.
