Spektrum sr300 Upgrade

I have a Spektrum DX4C transmitter and SR300's in my two 1/10 vehicles (b5M and Tekno SCT410). I'm leaning towards getting a Mugen MBX6 (a roller needing electronics). Obviously I'd like to have only 1 transmitter. Would another SR300 be ok for 1/8 vehicle? Is there a little more powerful (higher voltage) receiver I should put in the 1/8 Mugen that would obviously be able to sync up the DX4C?

Don't bother with an SR300. Go with the SR410. It uses the newer RF protocol that is less prone to glitching, which is always important, especially in a 1/8 scale car.

The SR410 is rated for use up to 9.6V.
