Program card won't connect

Hey my program card won't connect to my Toro ESC anyone know any trouble shooting, simple checks, common mistakes/issues or anything else?

Which Program card do you have and which speedo? If it is one of the sport style ESC with the Castle style card, well there are two different ones of those and they are not cross compatible.

When you plug the ESC into the program card do you have the black wire lined up with the negative "-" sign on the program box and the ESC program port. If you so and then turn on power what are you seeing on the program box?

It's the Toro TS 120 comp ESC and the SKYRC progbox.
