novak bl motor problem.
 

I have a novak 17.5 bl and novak ss+ esc. Did the setup and when i pull throttle lights blink but motor doesn't turn.
If i spin the motor with my fingers it will start going and i can control speed with throttle.

Does this indicate a problem with the motor or the esc?

Can i use a volt meter to help determine the problem?

If its the motor does novak have a lifetime warrantee?

What could be the problem with the motor?
