Kraton servo and LVC issues, help please!
 

So my friend and I went bashing at the beach today. He took a tumble with his Kraton and the truck stopped turning left. It would make a grinding sound when he tried to turn left like the servo gears were stripped. But the truck did steer left or right when the truck was going in reverse? Then we noticed it wouldn't steer at all unless it was moving. I didn't get a chance to take the servo out and open it but I just baffled how this would work? So it steer both ways in reverse, only steers right in forward, and doesn't steer at all standing still. It makes the grinding noise any time it doesn't steer.

Also the ESC was tripping the LVC really early, like the batteries had 4.02 per cell still. Are these problems related? Is this the signs of the bad ESC and servo situations people have had?

This is his first hobby grade RC so I'm trying to help him so he doesn't get frustrated and leave the hobby!

I ran my Kraton on 2s only a couple of times, didnt bash it too hard and I'm having the same issue.
