Futaba r204gf-e Binding issue
 

Binding to either 4PL or 4PLS the throttle side of the receiver always works, the servo side needs to be cycled on and off 4-8 times before it works. And If I bind a 304sb receiver to it, it always works for both sides every time, so its def not a servo issue. Any ideas on what would cause this odd behavior

What kind of servo is it? KO servos have issues with Futaba S-FHSS. I had a RSX One-10 that would not initialize unless it was unplugged and plugged back in with the power on, with a 4PLS/R204GF-E.

Brand and model of servo would help. The transmitters default setting is HIGH for the servo. If it's a analog servo it will either fry your servo like it did to mine or work intermittently or not at all.

You can try going into the menu under RX mode and change it to NORM.

It is a KO, same model as yours. Ill try hooking it up to my 12th scale with an airtronics and see if that works.
