Another Lap Timing System

I called my system as Club Timing System. This post is dedicated to the assembly of the system of counting laps.
1. preparing PCB and photoresist. board is two-sided. lower layer is used as screen and grounding at the same time

2. gluing photoresist to the workpiece by the laminator
https://pp.vk.me/c622325/v622325346/...jpgmfdAvLI.jpg
3. preparing photo template
https://pp.vk.me/c622325/v622325346/...6YGprulSzo.jpg
4. imposing a photo template on the workpiece further illuminates the UV lamp

5.illuminated areas are clearly visible on the photoresist they would not be washed by soda solution
https://pp.vk.me/c622325/v622325346/...faOHzOAs6Y.jpg
6.after development of the photoresist pattern we get clean picture
https://pp.vk.me/c622325/v622325346/...ThR_AW7Y6k.jpg
7. Next is etching of the board
https://pp.vk.me/c622325/v622325346/...oFArZxq_Ao.jpg
8. after etching we get this beauty

9. drilling the board
https://pp.vk.me/c622325/v622325346/...uZPNxdyVf0.jpg
10. cutting unwanted ends
https://pp.vk.me/c622325/v622325346/...CCgEwBMoUs.jpg
11.final drilling

12. here pictured 0.3mm lanes

13. adding one more layer of photoresist for the mask
https://pp.vk.me/c622325/v622325346/...Vhb2LRgYT8.jpg
14.translucent board and washing off the excess photoresist
https://pp.vk.me/c622325/v622325346/...fe0g4goXIE.jpg
15. soldering the board and ground on it
https://pp.vk.me/c622325/v622325346/...yHXjMCIcrk.jpg
https://pp.vk.me/c622325/v622325346/...JwQcv30iOE.jpg
16. soldering first microchips
https://pp.vk.me/c622325/v622325346/...aWsuXB1Zis.jpg
17. soldering other elements
https://pp.vk.me/c622325/v622325346/...gQD4H2GDPA.jpg
18. for flashing bootloader add jumpers
https://pp.vk.me/c622325/v622325346/...9fz3ZKIYms.jpg
19.shorting contacts of the bootloader and giving voltage
https://pp.vk.me/c622325/v622325346/...Kqu7Nv8AKk.jpg
20.run the firmware bootloader. bat file knows how to flash and FUSE bits of the butloder.
https://pp.vk.me/c622325/v622325346/...4Qf3nz94Vk.jpg
21. open AVRPROG, choose firmware, press Programm (COM port must be 1-4 otherwise it would not work properly)
https://pp.vk.me/c622325/v622325346/...qJo46jWQ48.jpg
22. flashing starts
https://pp.vk.me/c622325/v622325346/...uxqlwXkb7E.jpg
23. cut the lanes from ground and +5 volts from USB because they would not be used in future also unsoldering old jumpers from RESET and CLK
https://pp.vk.me/c622325/v622325346/...m2NMSUK6HI.jpg
24. soldering plume to the screen
https://pp.vk.me/c622325/v622325346/...45s15vANFY.jpg
25. checking it`s work
https://pp.vk.me/c622325/v622325346/...OX913C5I74.jpg
26.Work on the bugs. To + 5V and -5V on linear regulator requires balanced load. Hang resistors at the input to each 470ohms and output 5V

https://pp.vk.me/c622325/v622325346/...a0UaY3ZI3g.jpg
27.Connect the programmer on FT2232RL for program epm240t100c5n
https://pp.vk.me/c622325/v622325346/...VeTCdZaRFY.jpg
28. Run the bat file to flash CPLD
https://pp.vk.me/c622325/v622325346/...OdLnIcUA5I.jpg
29. It can be assumed that the digital part of the decoder is finished.

30. This is what gives us a timing system in the terminal. everything works
