Default Lipo or LifePo for MT-4S?

Upgrading from a Spektrum. I don't know much about batteries but I see you can use both of these? Which ones do most people use and why? Thanks

I use a LiFe battery in my Radiopost. It works really well, but the LiFe battery seems to take about 10-15 charge discharge cycles before it reaches it's full capacity. Even when I first got it, it was good for 12-14 hours before I needed to charge it. Now it seems like it's good for 15-18. Takes a long time to charge though. Not supposed to charge it at more than 1C.
