DX3S to M11X question
so I'm replacing spectrum gear with m11x with a 92477 receiver. will need to buy another receiver for my second buggy. Any suggestions? Anything else I should know about the m11x?

anyone?

Rx-451 or 451R is the best choice on FHSS3.
|
The rx-471 also works very well with the M11x. I just switched from a futaba 3pm 2.4ghz to the M11x, such agood radio. I read and re-read so many threads about latency that I never really thought about precision. The M11x is precise!
The 451r is only useful if you plan to use the SSR compatible servos. 92744 & rx-471 are the way to go for everything else. |
The 471 is an FH4 reciever. The m11x is an FH3 radio so there is no benefit to having the 471. The 451 is a cheaper alternative. Sure the 471 is compatible but of no benefit.

You can occasionally get a deal on the 471... Which is why I bought it. Plus, it would theoretically have a higher resale value. Also, it's about 20% smaller.

What is "SSR"?
|
I believe that it stands for sanwa super response. The airtronics website has more details.

Thanks guys. Looking forward to my "new to me" radio system.
