Parts to build charging/balance leads

I'd like to build my own balance leads for my Prodigy 620 Duo, can someone point me in the right direction for the parts to do this? I currently use these leads to charge my batteries, normally when I get these I remove the birdcage style connector and replace them with the bullet style. I'd rather just build my own from scratch. Where can I get the white connector at the end of this lead to build my own?

You can get extensions and cut the male ends off and solder them to your charge plugs and 2mm bullet.

Neither of the US warehouses had them in stock though.
Here is one from amain:

I've gotten balance connectors on eBay really really cheap
