esc/ motor issues
 

I'm running 17.5 touring car. I have a kill shot 17.5 in my car and up until last weekend had an lrp sxx. This week I put in one of my tekin rs's. Same gearing same battery's. Problem is the car is drastically slower on the track. I've set the speed control and adjusted it every way I know, but can't figure it out. I know the motor is good as well as the esc. Any ideas??? I have heard that some brands of motor won't work with other brands of esc's well but that's all hear say to me. I was told to remove a wire from the sensor wire also but could never be certain with one. Please help.

This may go without saying, but Did you recalibrate the end points?

Did you try with and without sensor cable? Motor timing should make it faster with sensor cable connected.
