Default Traxxas Vxl little to no brakes
Just a simple program or is it toasted anything with help using 3500 kv Vxl motor Losi servo spectrum rx and dx3c

Do you have reverse?

Make sure your radio has the end points for channel 2 set to 100% (if applicable) and you might try recalibrating the ESC to the radio.
