Updating Firmware on SkyRC Charger

The charge master from Hitec works with my RS16, but it lacks the graph function and caps the charging amps at 10.
It has the same problem with the SkyRC software where it saids the current version is 1.03, but it indicates 1.01 on the charger itself. Hitting the update firmware button does nothing.

My charger doesn't boot up
Hi my skyrc rs16 charger doesn't boot up after I connect to pc for charger manager software. Anyone know How to flash the firmware?
