airtronics vector transmitter

Hi guys I'm new here and just getting into rc cars again. I have an airtronics vector 2 stick transmitter. It's the same one that I had as a kid and I'm 40 now. Lol. It has a spring loaded steering stick but the left throttle stick isn't springloaded. It's stays where you put it. I don't remember mine doing that when I was younger. Is that correct on it? I thought my old one was spring loaded and returned to neutral if you let go. I'm trying to get a pic on herd for ya.

It's normal for the left stick to not be spring loaded. Do not know the particular radio you have, but on many radios the spring is an option. So if you crack it open, you might be able to install one.
