Vintage Nikko Turbo Tornado Replacement Controller
 

I have a vintage Nikko Turbo Tornado, but no controller. I am not even sure if the control frequency. It is either 27 or 49 MHz. I am leaning toward 49 MHz due to similar products in ebay. I even contacted Nikko and they couldn't help. The frequency is not labeled on the car and I can't tell from the board RK-318. Any help would be appreciated!
