MS Excel Motor "dyno".

Been working on this for some nights, it's supposed to be a basic dyno. What I'm trying to improve is adding efficiency or a mean to calculate BL motor efficiency and how much heat is wasted depending on load. Any pointers/criticism are welcome. Can someone check my math used to calculate Power? Thanks.
