Lipo 2s question

My 2s batteries charge and balance good but they don't hold a charge for long ??????????

I think more info will be needed:

How long do they hold up and how long would you like the to hold up?
What are you running them in?
What battery are you running? (mostly the mah rating)
How much charge does it accept after a run?
Do you run accessories like fans / external BEC etc in there?

Things that can impact your charge are driving style for sure, if you are aggressive getting on the throttle and brakes you will run it down faster. Or sometimes some ESC settings can play a part like drag brake.

The saddle pack 6250mah they used to last over 10 min each run now I'm only getting less than 5min I'm doing a cycle on my charger to the saddle pack

How old are the packs? And how do you store them? They degrade with age, how they are stored makes a significant difference. Storing fully charged and/or at warm temperatures is hard on them for example.

At the risk of going off subject a little, have the motor temps increased any? The rotors lose some magnetism with age, worst if ran hot, will then run hotter and with less efficiency.

Of course always make sure the car is running smooth, bearings aren't getting gritty, etc.

Sounds good on the care. If it happened all of a sudden, and on more than one pack, that seems to suggest some other issue? No good guess on what though. Perhaps try again, check the charge values for a full charge, and check for any unusual heating in the car???

Interesting. Not sure about how the the time value on that charger works, is that saying 23 minutes or 23 seconds? Hope it's 23 seconds, as 10mAh isn't very much charge.

Other than that question it looks fine for a storage charge. Resistance looks good, which is encouraging for the pack condition.

Would be good to see the screen after a full balance charge.
