speedpassion support from speed power poor?
 

Has any body had any luck with the customer support from speed power, to me it has been very poor. on line chat no reply they might as well not even have it cause it so slow to reply and then with poor reply's. iI tryed to make an order went to check out and it said shopping cart temporary unavailable i sent an e-mail no reply. :flaming:So then it went to online chat and after waiting for over an hour for an reply, the reply [was out of stock for over an month], it did not show this when i tried to order it and let me put it in my cart. Is this how the speed power warehouse works , then when i tried to reply back to the chat it is unavailable [great] i was probably to slow took me at least an minute !

So thanks you speed power, i will no longer support speed passion products at all and take my money else ware M.Holton

No. Ive always had good support from them. Go and post in any of the Speed Passion threads in RCTech and Nexxus will respond quickly with a solution. Or PM him...
