4pk system issue

The problem is I have zero steering the servos are good the receiver works at least the throttle channel works perfectly. When i turn the wheel on the Futaba 4PK there is no movement with the servo or any indication that anything is happening on the display of the transmitter. Any settings, buttons, test. I can do to determine if my issue is with the receiver or the transmitter?

Make sure that your dual rate is set to a number other than Zero. Gotta have a number like 20-30 for example.

couple of new test results D/R 34% and when I adjust steering trim buttons tires on the truck move. but wheel still has no effect. I think this pretty much eliminates a receiver issue

Make sure the EPA's are set to 100%. Servo plugged in the right way?

Solved

Well I found it! I went into the transmitter and started testing and found two broken wires in the pin connectors connecting the steering circuit board. Whew!!! little solder and some plasti dip paint and it will be back good as new.
