Default icharger 306b with FMA PL8 balance board

Hi guy's,
I've recently bought an icharger 306b and a FMA cellpro PL8 balance board. I can not balance charge! I get a connection error message. It will fast charge but not balance charge. Do I need a different balance board or is the a problem elsewhere?
Thanks Ian

Do you have the correct cable to connect the FMA balance board to a iCharger? I think it takes a special cable, I don't believe either the iCharger cable or the FMA will work. ProgressiveRC or BuddyRC would know and should be able to set you up.

Also need to make sure your batteries balance connector is correct for the FMA board.

Thanks Dave, yeah my batteries connect up and will fast charge but I must need the special adapter that you mentioned. I've done a few Google searches but I might need to email someone in the know how.
Thanks Ian

I use separate charge and balance cables on my 306b, you can get them from Hobby King too.

I have a board but the balance cables aren't very long so I don't use it.
