hyperion "output circuit"

anyone ever had this issue or found the fix? when i plug battery in and charge it goes through its steps and checks everything then it beeps and says " output circuit error" does anyone know the fix? Is it a transistor or capacitor?

When I've seen that message it was a wiring or connector issue.
