Programming card for 'no-name' ESC?

Hi, I have a HSP buggy with a no-name ‘Waterproof 45A Brushless ESC WP-S10E-RTR’ (can't post link, haven't posted enough here), it works fine but I tried to change to a flysky tx/rx, and now I can’t get reverse instantly, it takes many trigger pushes and then works randomly, also when in neutral, reverse now tries and sometimes succeeds in engaging by itself, after all my fooling around with the ESC, the original tx/rx now don’t work properly either.

Question: is there any generic programming card/tool that would work with this kind of ESC? not that I’ve ever used a p/card, but I’m guessing that’s what I'm going to need to fix this.

Most likely not. Usually only higher end escs, or escs based off of hobbywing designs work with programming cards of their own.
