ORCA VXX USB Link

Im having some trouble with the usb link.

Downloaded the program, installed it but always appears a message that there is no usb connected.

Also, the usb link has the sensor female connector and a extension thats ends with a servo connector, how should i connect it?

Directly to the sensor wire or the the receiver pt2?
