Hobbywing SCT ESC HELP!! Weird
Hi there.
I was going to race the A-Main event, but when I turned the ESC, I only had steering and no throttle, so I check it was one of the wires from the ESC that was cut. Then I decided to open my ESC and I found this. I dont know what that part is, but it seems it came off from the esc board, the weird thing is that my ESC work with or without that part . Can anyone tell me whats that part for? How it doesnt affects my ESC? How is possible my ESC stills works without it.

esc trouble
That is the compacitor.it has broke off from contact.the esc will work, but ussually your not gonna get full power from esc to motor.seen this sometimes you will ge power and when u really need it it wont be there.i suggest you send it in for repair.sooner or later gonna piss u off expecially when racing.
