Dynamite Starter Box Problem

So I recently bought a dynamite platinum starter box for my RC10GT. I set the wheel for 1/10 trucks and buggies, the way it instructs me to, but I cant get the wheel to make contact with the flywheel. My first instinct is Im gonna have to make the flywheel cutout on the chassis longer? Or is there an easier adjustment to make that Im missing. Either to the starter box or the flywheel. Was the person before me using a different size wheel on the starter box. Any comments or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

if the bumpstarter wheel does not go high enough to hit the motors flywheel
see if you can raise the bumpstarter in the starter box with a shim and longer screws

you shouldnt need to cut a bigger hole, as most are big enough

A picture would greatly help.
