esc not powering up/bit of help needed

I just changed chassis on my 2wd buggy. After rebuilding the "new" car and trying to power up,my ESC will not turn on(no light on). I have tried to calibrate ESC and receiver with no luck. If I turn power switch on,my servo will turn on,but no power from ESC. Thanks for any help
ESC is Hobbywing V2.1

I also tried hooking up the HW program box, just says "connecting ESC"

I got power now after disconnecting sensor wire. Plugged a new sensor wire in,same results. Motor will not turn under power with sensor wire connected.

You have motor wires connected correctly to the ESC? A-A, B-B, C-C?

Can you calibrate it without the sensor wire?

Yes, all is wired correctly. I actually never un soldiered the motor or esc when I changed the electronics to new chassis.
Have not tried to calibrate without sensor wire.

Tried a different motor? Could be sensor board on the motor....
