Something like the sanwa ERS-961 or 962 would be perfect. I've heard good things about the high end hitec's too.

radiopost sells them. they are on ebay. about 130. Otherwise i would say go with a KO PROPO servo, have ward lots of good things about them, plus their rsx and bsx one look sweet.

They're crazy awesome servos for the money. Very quiet, smooth, and precise servos.

You have a pretty weak servo for a 1/8th scale truggy in terms of torque.....I run a Savox SC1256TG (277 oz/in @ 6.0V) in my Losi but thinking of a SB2250SG (347 oz/in @ 6.0V) for my next one. Another one is a Hitec HS7955TG which is a proven monster servo that I don't think you can wrong with.

+ 1 on the Hitec 7955. Install & never look back

All the Sanwa ERS series servos are waterproof such as the ERS-961 or ERS-962. They are bullet proof as well!

Would I have to install a bec with the sanwa or the hitec.

I can't speak for the sanwa but for the Hitec, no at least not with Futaba RX.
