Found this and thought that it might be useful.

For the racers that are sponsored and moving up the ranks this would be great. Otherwise I can't see many using this.

It is cool, but at $350 I can see a vast array of other toys I would rather buy first.

Many would be amazed at the amount of money the serious oval racers spend!

Anyone with that dyno is likely to have a charger that can push 40+ amps as well.

Ya I agree its pricey, also dont forget its actually more expensive than 350. Got have the tach and or the data logger and power supply to go with it. I mostly thought that it may serve as inspiration for a homebrew version for someone like me. I would love to have one as it would make bench set up soo much easier and less guesswork. I figured its useful info and it may help someone. Price is relative to value and its surprising sometimes how much a serious racer would pay to win.

I've seen something similar for little 1:24 scale cars like mini z. I'm probably wrong, but tamiya comes to mind. Have they ever made one?
