Receiver mishap
 

so yesterday we had a pretty big club race, held it on saturday and had alot of entries, 106, not bad. But while i was getting my car ready for the main i noticed that i had severed my antenna wire from my futaba receiver. :flaming: i was so pissed, its only like 2 weeks old. everything still works, the receiver has about a quarter of an inch of wire sticking out. our track isn't huge so i dont think i have to worry about losing bind, but is there anything else that could get damaged? like farther down the electronics line?

What receiver? If its a FS version and not a FF you should be ok, they have an internal antenna. If its not contact Futaba directly and they can get you a replacement one for $7.

not sure what FS or FF is, but its the TFHSS receiver that comes with the 4pls.
