lipo help plz
 

so i have some lipos 2cell and I never really treat them well ...stored them all most full a few times and just left them
what should i do to resurrect /recondition them?

full charge them then discharge a few times and charge them to storage voltage?
how many amps should i discharge them at?

i'd just run them.. is there anything wrong with them? storing at almost full isn't the same as storing them empty.. the voltage drops over time so they probably fell closer to a good storage voltage instead of falling below a safe voltage.
