Blinky without a hotwire

How do you put a gen1RS in blinky without a laptop? I watched a guy do it a while ago but i forgot how to do it.

It depends on what firmware is in the ESC.

I believe Blinky is in version 223 and for that you need a Hotwire. Once you load 223 you can switch back and forth between blinky and boosted under throttle profile (TP).
