Orion Advantage Touch question

So my story is this. I charge my 1s 6000Mah packs at 6amps. Everything is great until the charger goes to it's lower (.2amp) rate. From the time it hits .2amps until it's finished is typically 45-90 minutes.

Is this common for this charger? Is there an update I'm not seeing?
