Spektrum DX3S issue
 

I have an older DX3S, the scroll works perfect but it takes a couple times of pressing sometimes to select the menu item. Do I need to replace the scroll wheel or does the switch just need cleaned possibly? I have not torn the radio down yet.

If you are able to take the Radio apart with no problems then it would be best to try and clean it first and see if that helps and if it does not, then I would replace the button. Unfortunately buttons get old :(

If you research some of my old threads. , you will see that horizon will probably fix it for ya. I have the same problem on my dx3r and someone posted on my for sale thread about sending it in to them.

this happened to my dx3r. If you're comfortable taking it apart, just clean the little button with a few drops of rubbing alcohol and a can of compressed air.

Is this common with these remotes? I just bought a used one i hope mine isnt like this...
