Default ESC & MOTOR START SLOW

Ok this is driving me nuts I am running hobby wing and hobby king ESC & MOTORS in my 2wd SC10.2's I have 3.
When hitting full throttle from sitting still the trucks will roll about 10-20 feet like it's at maybe 1/8th-1/4 throttle then will just take off and go until you get to a low speed corner or something where you slow way down they will do it again.
TROUBLE SHOOTING I'VE DONE
1 Tried 3 different radios

2 Tried 3 different esc's and motors

3 tried in another truck that runs fine to rule out drive line

4 Recalibrated radio and esc's
ANY IDEAS

Sounds like a punch control setting issue

Also, initial drive if your ESC has that option and check your radio's expo settings (on all of them).

did the expos
Another thing that it did I was just trying to keep it fast enough to avoid getting below the speed or rpm that it starts acting up and was fine if I did but I had to slow down for traffic by a jump and it wouldn't climb the face of the jump them it would roll back like I let off the trigger

now on 1 of the combinations I geared down 5 teeth and it was fine but it didn't run hot when it was geared higher, this is what I changed
69 spur 31 pinion
to
78 spur 29 pinion and this solved the problem for 1 setup
