Default Futaba-R614FS questions

I just picked up a really nice used Futaba-R614FS-24GHz-FASST-4-Channel receiver and 4PKS radio. Unfortunately though, I have no manual.

I'm about to plug everything all in, but I'm unsure which port on the receiver is throttle, steering or the port to plug the battery cable into. All of the ports are labeled 1 thru 4 with one labeled "b/c".
Any suggestions??

Steering is 1, Throttle is 2(from the esc if EP, in which case also the power).

Cool! I'm not using an ESC since I run nitro. Do I plug the battery into the "b/c"?

Thanks for the replies!!

What I always use, 1 to turn two to burn
So 1 is steering, 2 is ESC/trotle.
Battery doesn't matter, I use channel 3 or 4 for my BEC, and they both work fine.
